In the future, under the pattern of "dual circulation ", Jiangsu will promote integration into the East Asian cycle, improve the layout of industrial chain, supply chain and innovation chain, form a more viscous and attractive industrial ecosystem, and stabilize the base of foreign investment and foreign trade.It is necessary and feasible for Jiangsu to promote East Asian circulation and international circulation. Countermeasures are as follows: First, Jiangsu should seize the important opportunity of CJK FTA negotiation to explore and launch a "fast channel" for cooperation with Japan and South Korea; Second, it should also consolidate the existing achievements of integration of industrial chain and enhance the vitality of all links of the integrated industrial chain. Third, it should smooth the international circulation of the factors in the industrial chain, and enhance the level of integrated collaborative innovation of the industrial chain.
