Editor's note: On November 23, 2015, general secretary Xi Jinping made a speech on the twenty-eighth collective learning of the eighteenth China's Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (hereinafter referred to as "11.23 speeches"), which is a continuous development of the new realm of contemporary Marx's Political Economics in China.
