Abstract: According to the general secretary Xi Jinping's request for constantly developing the new realm of contemporary Marx's political economics in China, the rich practice of reform and opening up and socialist modernization in the new era is the "rich ore" of theoretical and policy research. Economic research needs to start from national conditions, come from Chinese practice and go to Chinese practice, write papers on the land of the motherland, make theoretical and policy innovation in line with Chinese reality and have Chinese characteristics, and constantly develop socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.
