The plenary session proposed to open up at a high-standard and explore a new situation of win-win cooperation. What is a high-standard opening up? There are two main points: first, promoting win-win cooperation with more countries in more areas, on a larger scale, and in greater depth; Second, relying on China's large market advantages, promote international cooperation and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.Jiangsu is an economically strong province and an open province. It ranks first in the utilization of foreign capital and second in foreign trade. Jiangsu should continue to explore the way for the whole country, take the lead in realizing the transformation from the open development mode of "two ends abroad" to the open development mode dominated by domestic demand, and make Jiangsu's contribution to building a complete domestic demand system and forming a new development pattern dominated by domestic circulation and mutually promoted by domestic and international circulation.
