Abstract: In recent years, many uncertainties in the evolution of the world economic pattern and the trend of "anti globalization" have led to the inevitable reorganization of the global industrial chain. Considering the pursuit of efficiency and security by foreign governments and enterprises, this paper analyzes the restructuring trend of internalization, regionalization and diversification of global industrial chain. In order to maintain the healthy development of the global industrial chain and consolidate China's position in the global division of labor system, this paper puts forward direct countermeasures from the aspects of enhancing the viscosity and toughness of the industrial chain, supporting multinational corporations, promoting the process of free trade, internal and external chain interaction, industrial chain cluster upgrading and so on; it also puts forward supporting basic strategies from the aspects of "competition neutral" policy and the reform of state-owned enterprises.
