Based on the special status and role of Northeast China, the revitalization of Northeast China is an important national development strategy to promote regional coordinated development made by the party and the state under the background of "double cycle" development, and the deplopment of integrated development strategy of Northeast China is the key to realize Northeast revitalization.First, the industrial base and strategic resource advantages of Northeast China should be used to promote the domestic circulation and realize the revitalization of Northeast China. Second, we should interconnect domestic cooperation and opening-up, build a highland of opening and cooperation, and promote domestic and international dual circulation. Third, comprehensively deepen the reform, optimize the business environment, and vigorously cultivate emerging industries.Many parts of China, such as the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, have successfully achieved integration. In the process of integration, Northeast China should learn from the successful experience of the above regions, give full play to the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, let talents, funds, technology, equipment and other elements gather in the northeast, build a new pattern of coordinated development, strengthen the linkage effect of the northeast economic open area, and promote the revitalization of Northeast China.
