In the future, we must make appropriate amendments to the industrial structure, focusing on the construction of safe and efficient global industrial chain clusters: on the one hand, we can use the open global industrial chain division of labor to improve efficiency; on the other hand, we can achieve the goal of industrial security through the cluster effect of adjacent space. The innovation of some important science and technology industries in our country is facing threats in the key links. Therefore, we need to pay special attention to the urgent requirement of self-control when formulating the objectives of science and technology policies and industrial policies.
