After more than 40 years of reform, China's rural areas are still relatively poor and backward, and the absolute gap with cities is widening. The author believes that relying solely on agriculture is one of the main reasons for the long-standing problem of "reform but not prosperity" in the reform related to agriculture, rural areas and farmers in China.Rural Revitalization is not only about agriculture. In the current situation of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, especially under the low efficiency of agricultural productivity, relying solely on the agricultural industry can only make farmers more impoverished. Some successful cases of rural towns in Europe,America, Japan and other countries show that the value of the countryside is diverse, with infinite room for expansion, and cannot be suffocated by agriculture. The health care industry will provide an unprecedentedly huge space and market for the diversified development of rural areas in China. To vigorously expand and tap the diversified value of the countryside, the population of the countryside cannot be based solely on agriculture. The primary task of implementing the strategy of urban-rural integration and rural revitalization is to attract a moderate urban population to the countryside, and to provide human resources for rural revitalization through the two-way flow of urban and rural populations.
