We are faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges, but the development prospects are very good. In the new development stage, under the guidance of the new development concept, we should build a new development paradigm with domestic circulation as the mainstay and domestic and international circulations reinforcing each other, realize the high-quality development of the national economy, run the new development concept through the whole process and all fields of the "14th five year plan" development, and deal with various challenges in the new strategic opportunity period. To build a new development pattern, we must take deepening the structural reform of the supply side as the strategic direction, "smooth the domestic circulation, promote the domestic and international dual circulation, comprehensively promote consumption and expand investment space".During the "14th five year plan" period, we should adhere to the path of high-quality development under the new development pattern, and promote high-quality development from the following aspects: institutional reform to stimulate and expand domestic demand, the construction of a unified large market, the construction of a global scientific and technological innovation resource platform, and the construction of modern industrial chains and industrial chain clusters led by strategic emerging industries.
