There are at least three levels of problems to be dealt with in order to withdraw coal.1. To ensure the coordinated development of the energy system and ensure energy security, the key is the coordinated development of low-carbon green alternative energy.2. In addition to power generation, the main users of coal include iron and steel, building materials, and chemical industry and other industries. It is necessary to handle the coordinated development of coal and related industries to protect economic competitiveness.3. The process of coal withdrawal will inevitably impact coal enterprises, miners and coal-based cities. We must handle coal withdrawal and coordinated economic and social development to ensure social stability.Faced with the ongoing process of coal withdrawal, coal companies, miners, and governments must plan ahead. At the same time, the coordinated development and interconnection of regional energy should be promoted to achieve comprehensive and efficient use of energy. In addition, innovation should be made at the institutional level to break geographical restrictions.
