1. According to the proportion of employment, China's service industry became the largest industry in 2011). There are many disputes about whether China has entered the service economy society. However, after the 14th Five-Year Plan, there will be no more disputes about the division of China's development stages. Because, even according to the stricter service economy measurement standards, China will enter the service economy society as a whole during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.2. Emancipate the mind and correct historical discrimination in the service industryIt is one thing for China's industrial structure to show an accelerating servicing trend, but it is another thing whether to make the best use of the situation and smoothly enter the service economy society. At present, the biggest problem that hinders this trend from becoming a reality is that the idea of discriminating against the growth of service industry in the past is spreading.
