The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, and the national "14th Five-Year Plan" and the Long-Range Objectives Through the Year 2035 put forward the long-term goal of "making more notable and substantial progress in promoting common prosperity for everyone". It can be said that rural areas are the difficulty and weakness of China's modernization and common prosperity, and the construction of rural factor markets has a fundamental position in the development of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", and is in the historical position of the top priority of China's modernization process and rural revitalization. It is related to the realization of the vision of common prosperity and the development strategy of rural revitalization. To this end, we can try to use the reform of rural homesteads as a cut to form a breakthrough point for accelerating the reform of the rural factor market, and help rural revitalization, rural modernization, and common prosperity.Taking Zhejiang as an example, this article summarizes the experiences and achievements in the reform of rural homesteads, as well as the practical problems faced, and proposes ways to try to explore "top-level design, special class operation, factor reform, and legislative follow-up" , actively promote the market-oriented allocation of rural factors to lay the foundation for the establishment of a unified urban and rural factor market.
