Firstly, this paper analyzes the necessity, urgency and feasibility of promoting the construction of industrial supply chain ecosystem, points out that China is facing problems in core technological research that hinder the country's development, and there is an urgent need to build a structurally complete supply chain ecosystem. Chinese enterprises have made some achievements in single technology or product, and should give full play to the first mover advantage of digital economy, build an intelligent and interconnected industrial center and create a supply chain ecosystem with strong connection and common innovation. Then, we defined the concept of industrial supply chain ecosystem, extracted its four characteristics, and proposed to give full play to the collaborative function of industrial supply chain ecology on industrial chain. Finally, taking the practice of Zhejiang as an example, we summarize some important forms of current industrial supply chain ecological construction, including upstream and downstream enterprise community, chain leader system and chain owner enterprises.
