This paper begins with the case of frozen product market, and expounds the industrial digitization of the "gray wolves" model. Under this model, the chain owner enterprise breaks the traditional pattern of disorderly competition in the industrial chain, with clear internal division of labor and efficient operation, which greatly reduces internal friction and cost. Then, it describes the business impact of the gray wolves' special digital ecology from three perspectives: the market and the online business of entity enterprises in the market, online business of Internet platform companies and traditional companies in the related industry chain. Finally, this paper provides countermeasures for enterprises under the phenomenon of gray wolves, and puts forward three suggestions from the policy level: Setting up "industrial chain technology center" in industrial agglomeration areas to promote the construction of gray wolves ecology; Support all localities to establish digital industrial clusters based on industrial chain and provide more policy and financial support for gray wolves ecology; Based on the fuzzy boundary of the digital age, promote the introduction of performance evaluation standards and regulatory policies of digital ecology from the perspective of industrial chain.
