Abstract: Under the new development paradigm with domestic economy and international engagement providing mutual reinforcement, and the former as the mainstay, the high-quality development of the One Belt One Road firmly focuses on infrastructure construction and interconnection. As of June 2021, 140 partner countries have signed the Belt and Road cooperation documents with China. The cumulative trade volume between China and its partners in the Belt and Road has exceeded 9.2 trillion U.S. dollars, and the cumulative direct investment of Chinese companies in countries along the route has exceeded 130 billion U.S. dollars. Private enterprises actively participate in international competition and global resource allocation, promote excellent entrepreneurial spirit, and have achieved remarkable results in participating in the joint construction of the high-quality development of the Belt and Road.
