Abstract: The important experience of reform and opening-up has proved that promoting common prosperity is the unity of wealth creation and distribution. Cake making and cake sharing are integrated into the grand cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the construction of a great modern socialist country. China is still and will long remain in the primary stage of socialism. It is committed to consolidating and developing the public sector of the economy, and to encouraging, supporting, and guiding the non-public sector of the economy. China must uphold and improve its basic socialist economic system, encourage some areas and some people to become rich first, and encourage the wealthy make a greater contribution to society. China should take the new development concept as the guide, adhere to the high-quality development of scientific and technological innovation, build a new development pattern of dual circulation, and improve the balance, coordination and inclusiveness of development.
