4. In terms of production and operation, enterprises should pay attention to R&D, pursue high quality, listen to customer needs and pay attention to global development; In terms of enterprise management, we should attach great importance to people-based enterprise management, create new management ways to adapt to the changes in reality, and pay particular attention to the challenges brought by people's changes to enterprise management.
