The 10th plenary session of the 13th CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee pointed out the need to ensure smooth flow of economic activity. Smooth economic circulation is not only the realistic basis for building a new development pattern, but also an important support for maintaining the safety and stability of the industrial chain and supply chain. As a major economic province, Jiangsu must take smoothing the economic circulation as an inevitable consideration, strengthen the top-level design, make greater efforts to break through the bottlenecks in the economic circulation, and comprehensively enhance the driving force and resilience of economic development.
This paper analyzes the existing problems in Jiangsu from four aspects: smoothing the national economic circulation, accelerating the construction of high standard market system, improving the elasticity of supply chain and the resilience of the industry chain, and improving Jiangsu's financial services to the real economy, and puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions, which points out the direction for how to solve the problem in Jiangsu Province to better develop the economy.
