Next, this article analyzes the problems in the construction of the Shanghai-Nanjing Industrial Innovation Belt: Fundamental research investment lags behind industrial applications; There are factors hindering innovation, and it is urgent to take the lead in exploring provincial integration; The system and mechanism of the subject's collaborative innovation need to be further optimized in order to better solve the connection problem of the innovation link; Lack of a number of world-class industrial clusters, and lack of leadership in regional science and innovation industries. Finally, this article provides corresponding suggestions for vigorously promoting the development along the Shanghai-Nanjing Industrial Innovation Belt: 1.
