Editor's note:On October 15, the Yangtze River Industry and Economic Think Tank held a bi-monthly forum seminar, focusing on the “recouple” of the global industrial chain in the post-epidemic era, and invited experts from internationally renowned think tank institutions to share this topic. The content of the guest speeches was compiled and published. In this issue, the editor released the speech "Sino Japanese Industrial Chain Cooperation From the Perspective of East Asian Production Network" by Ding Ke, a researcher at the Institute of Developing Economies - Japan External Trade Organization. His speech is mainly focused on three parts: the formation and evolution mechanism of East Asian production network, the impact of trade friction and COVID-19's impact on East Asian production network, and the key factors affecting Sino Japanese industrial chain cooperation.
