In order to explore the influence mechanism between political connection, management organization identification, corporate pro-social behavior and corporate performance, this article validates the research hypothesis of this article by investigating emerging companies in Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Anhui in the Yangtze River Delta region. The results show that management's organizational identity, corporate pro-social behaviors, and corporate performance have a positive correlation with each other. Corporate pro-social behaviors play a part of the mediating role between management's organizational identity and performance, and political associations regulate the mechanism function between them. The conclusion of this study is that the performance of enterprises that implement pro-social behaviors is better, and the influence of political connections on enterprise management is not the higher the better. It should be treated according to specific conditions.
