With the accelerated integration of Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies into the whole process of various fields of economic and social development, the digital economy with digital information as the production factor, information network platform as the main carrier and digital technology innovation as the core driver has become a new economic form after agricultural economy and industrial economy. Digital economy not only changes the mode of production, consumption and distribution of the national economy, but also provides a more efficient economic operation mode. It is an important starting point for implementing the new development concept and promoting high-quality development. Firstly, this paper summarizes the development status of China's digital economy and some problems and challenges it faces. Then, it analyzes how to promote the healthy and rapid development of China's digital economy from six perspectives: the construction of laws and regulations system, the construction of talent training system, the construction of new infrastructure, the construction of application scenarios and international cooperation. Finally, combined with the development status of Jiangsu, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the development level of manufacturing industry, urban development level and people's living standard through digitization.
