This journal issues the main contents of Professor Liu Zhibiao's speech.

Professor Liu's speech revolved around the following seven questions:

2. Why propose a unified market? Is the unified market guided by a unified national plan under the support of big data, and will all market affairs be managed and decided by the central government in the future?

3. What are the difficulties and obstacles in building a unified national market?

4. In the process of building a unified national market, does the competition mode and system that used to rely on local government competition to obtain development power still exist?

5. Based on the construction of a unified national market and the implementation of the central-led industrial policy, how can the local government-led industrial policy continue to play its role in the past?

6. The implementation situation of industrial policy under the unified national market and its relationship with competition policy or anti-monopoly work. Should the industrial policy be implemented on the basis of anti-monopoly policy or competition policy, or should the central government implement the leading industrial policy to uniformly manage the market?

7. What impact will the unified national market have on enterprises?
