Abstract: The rise of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and the impact of the COVID-19 have made profound changes in the world economic pattern. The risks of shortening, overlapping and disconnection of the global value chain have accelerated the reconstruction of the global value chain, which has brought challenges to the improvement of the division of labor in China's global value chain and new opportunities for overtaking. Facing the new situation of global value chain reconstruction, we should seize the opportunity to make progress while maintaining stability, reshape the new advantages of global value chain division of labor in building a new development pattern, and promote the high-quality development of China's economy.
