In July 2019, General Secretary Xi Jinping presided over the ninth meeting of the Central Committee for Comprehensively Deepening Reforms in Beijing, and reviewed and approved the plan on the construction of national culture parks for the Great Wall, the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and the Long March. It sounded the clarion call for the construction of national culture parks for the Great Wall in various places. This paper analyzes some typical problems existing in the construction of national cultural parks in various regions, including the commercialization of cultural landscape, the single way of sightseeing, the imperfect cultural protection facilities, etc., puts forward the development strategy of regional personalization, advocates the appropriate display of the differences of local characteristics, and takes Tianjin as an example, puts forward some suggestions on carrying forward the construction of the national culture parks for the Great Wall. In the cultural ecological chain, the new thinking of cultural administration is to establish a new cultural creative community and integrate the elements of people, history, geography, scenery and specialty. The cross domain integrated development of Great Wall culture + personalization is to take the great wall itself as the main body of thinking, and develop tourism based on local characteristics, conditions, talents and local humanities.
