Since the establishment of the pilot Free Trade Zone in Shanghai in 2013, great attention has been paid to replication and promotion, and the accumulation in the past 10 years has gained rich experience and formed a relatively mature model. The replication and promotion of the experience of the pilot free trade zone is intrinsically consistent with the construction of the unified national market, and both of them are to solve the problem of regional disparity. Consciously promoting the integration of the two strategies and learning from the replication and promotion mode of the pilot free trade zone will help to form policy synergy and improve policy effectiveness.
This paper firstly sorts out and summarizes the successful experience of the pilot free trade zone; then analyzes the goals and obstacles of the construction of a unified national market, and uses three cases to illustrate the significance of the replication and promotion model to promoting the construction of a unified national market; Finally, the effectiveness of the model is summarized from experience.
