Abstract: As a supporting industry for the information industry in the 21st century, the OLED industry of new flat panel display devices has made rapid progress. South Korea has achieved the dominant position in the industry as a leader, followed by Japan and Taiwan, China. China has also come from behind, which has the potential to surpass Japan and catch up with South Korea. Especially with the R&D location advantages of the Yangtze River Delta region, it has gradually gained advantages in the new round of industry competition. This article focuses on analyzing the current development status of OLED panel industry in the Yangtze River Delta region, and proposes strategies to accelerate the development of OLED panel industry in Hefei, including product differentiation, target market differentiation, cooperation mode differentiation, product scaling, and stereoscopic industrial support policies.
