However, there are still many deep-seated problems that need to be further solved. We need to mobilize local enthusiasm and achieve the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta. Currently, how to coordinate the competitive relationships between different regions is the difficulty in promoting the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.
Faced with the deep-seated problems of regional competition and coordination, it is necessary to design the system based on the principle of incentive compatibility, strengthen the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation, better link with the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and radiate across the country. To promote the integrated development of technological innovation and industrial innovation in the Yangtze River Delta, efforts should be made from three key dimensions with the market-oriented approach, which are industrial collaboration, technological innovation, and regional cooperation, fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of various entities.
At the same time, the Yangtze River Delta region should take the construction of experimental and demonstration zones for a unified national market as an opportunity to build a solid guarantee for promoting the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta through market mechanisms. This includes the construction of negotiation mechanism between local governments, the implementation of unified market supervision and standard special actions, as well as the establishment of demonstration zones for a unified national market.
