Abstract: Industrial chain policies are comprehensive economic policies synthesized from various related economic policies based on the modernization goal of industrial chain. Implementing comprehensive, systematic, and synthesized industrial chain policies helps reconcile inherent conflicts between industrial policies and regional policies, reshape China's domestic vertical labor division system, accelerate the development of new quality productivity in central China, and foster competitive regional innovation industrial clusters and global industrial chain clusters. Promoting the rise of central China centered around industrial chain policies can follow the holistic approach of point, line, surface, and body. The key is on unblocking and overcoming the bottlenecks in constructing the modern industrial chains across the eastern, central, and western regions, promoting regional economic circulation, establishing coordinated mechanism of industrial chains between regions, balancing efficiency and fairness, and driving the construction of regional innovation industrial clusters and global industrial chain clusters.
