Abstract: Enterprise open innovation refers to the purposeful inflow and outflow of knowledge, promoting its internal innovation activities, and expanding the application of innovation results in the external market. Enterprises need to build a management framework for open innovation, reasonably formulate the open innovation goals, select the innovation partners, clarify the optimal cooperation openness, and promote the effective implementation of open innovation activities based on internal and external situational analysis. Enterprises need to periodically evaluate the effectiveness of open innovation, and optimize the collaborative innovation measures based on the evaluation. Enterprises need to strengthen the construction of open innovation ecosystem, improve the communication and coordination mechanism with partners, and ensure the smooth cooperation among organizations. In addition, enterprises should choose an organizational model reasonably for open innovation, strengthen collaborative management among cooperative organizations, and form the maximum innovation synergy. Enterprises need to build an internet cooperation platform for open innovation and take measures to prevent and control risks in various aspects such as finance, technology, and intellectual property, so as to better promote the implementation of open innovation activities.
