The resilience and security of industrial and supply chains are the important support for promoting high-quality industrial development and ensuring stable operation of the real economy, as well as significant components of national economic security. In order to establish a sound system to enhance the resilience and security level of industrial and supply chains, and improve the incentive and constraint mechanisms to promote high-quality development, we should mainly focus on three aspects, which are strengthening the institutional mechanism for the development of key industrial chains, establishing a risk assessment and response mechanism for industrial and supply chains, and improving the collaborative mechanism for the orderly transfer of industries in China.
