Abstract: The current international situation is complex and ever-changing, and the tariff bullying policy implemented by the Trump administration has brought high uncertainty to the global economy. Boosting domestic consumption has become a key path to stabilizing our domestic growth. In the process of consumption recovery in our country, the main obstacles to the sustained expansion of consumption are limited residents' consumption ability, lagging consumption structure upgrading, and insufficient scene innovation. In this context, private enterprises have demonstrated significant potential for consumer guidance through their keen response to market changes, flexible and efficient organizational mechanisms, outstanding innovation capabilities, relatively complete industrial chain layout, and increasingly enhanced brand building capabilities. This article believes that measures such as strengthening institutional guarantees, promoting integrated innovation, deepening digital transformation, promoting consumer finance innovation, and implementing brand strategies should be taken to effectively stimulate the endogenous power of private enterprises, thus playing a key role in promoting the release of consumption vitality and building a virtuous domestic demand circulation.
