Abstract: Under the wave of globalization and digitization, the automation, intelligence, and digitization of technology are driving the supply chain transformation, restructuring the supply chain system. With the continuous deepening of the trend of digitalization and intelligence, the supply chain has multiple scales above enterprises, becoming a carrier of technological innovation and application, trade and international relations, and national power in the fierce international competition. Focusing on the competition and collaboration among enterprises, products, and technology, it has evolved into a multi-scale and multi-level competition and collaboration in the supply and industrial chains. It is suggested to promote the localization of supply chain intelligent technology, accelerate the construction of supply chain intelligent infrastructure, deepen supply chain intelligence around the industrial and value chains, and give priority to the development of the Belt and Road supply chain intelligent industrial alliance.
