Abstract: The manufacturing industry that has undergone digital transformation is the most promising industry for China to participate in international competition in the future. However, due to various difficulties faced by small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in implementing digital transformation, this report proposes industry selection and implementation path references suitable for digital transformation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. It summarizes six typical application scenarios of digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing industry. On this basis, this report puts forward policy recommendations such as the need to establish unified industry screening standards, regional development standards, service systems, and full-process operation guidelines in the process of digital transformation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
