Abstract: In the current rapidly changing market, entrepreneurship is not empty talk. It is the key ability for enterprises to make correct decisions, discover new opportunities, integrate resources, and achieve profitability in the competition. Mastering and practicing entrepreneurship is the only way to break through the development bottleneck and achieve sustained growth for both start-ups opening up the market and mature enterprises seeking transformation. At present, it is an important opportunity period for private enterprises and private entrepreneurs to show their skills. On February 17th, 2025, General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the Private Enterprise Symposium that the majority of private enterprises and private entrepreneurs should be full of passion for entrepreneurship and serving the country, constantly improve their ideal realm, cultivate family and state feelings, carry forward the entrepreneurial spirits, concentrate on strengthening, optimizing and expanding enterprises, and firmly be the builder of socialism with Chinese characteristics as well as the promoter of Chinese style modernization.
