Abstract: The change of economic globalization is the direct reason for China to adjust the international circulation strategy, and its future trend is a topic highly valued by governments and academic circles around the world. The compatibility mechanism of two major theoretical paradigms in the third adjustment period of economic globalization, which are new economic globalization and slow globalization, has become the key proposition to reconstruct the global governance system. This paper systematically combs the evolution context of the economic globalization theory, focuses on the theoretical representation and coevolution logic of the two new trends of economic globalization, namely, new economic globalization and slow globalization, and reveals their dialectical and unified relationship in the dimensions of subject cognition, income distribution and governance reform. In view of the fact that the third economic globalization has entered a period of adjustment, the primary task of promoting new economic globalization with China's wisdom is to accelerate the construction of a new development pattern of dule-circulation as well as overcome and narrow the adverse impact of slow globalization.
