The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward that we should improve the development mechanism of regional integration, build a new mechanism of cross-administrative cooperation and development, and deepen industrial cooperation among the east, central and western regions. With the geographical advantages, Anhui has become a superimposed province of multiple national strategies, such as the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Zone and the rise of the central region. Faced with the window period of strategic opportunities, Anhui takes the construction of cross-administrative cooperation mechanism as the core task of industrial breakthrough. Among them, the leapfrog development of the new energy automobile industry can be called a benchmark sample of regional coordinated development. In the first quarter of 2025, Anhui's automobile production and new energy automobile production reached 761700 and 379200 respectively, ranking first in the country. It surpasses Guangdong Province, which has long ranked first in the country. Among them, the output of new energy automobiles accounts for 12% of the total output of the country. Anhui's counter attack password is essentially an institutional innovation practice of national strategic transformation, which not only reshapes Anhui's industrial pattern, but also provides a replicable and scalable answer sheet for the coordinated development of the national regional economy.
