Kong Lingchi holds a Ph.D. in Economics and is an associate researcher at the Yangtze IDEI of Nanjing University. His fields of research are industrial agglomeration and regional development, urban and real estate economy, and economic development and transition. He won second prize for his thesis at the 11th China Real Estate Academic Symposium and the 2017 Annual Meeting of the China Association of Real Estate Academicians (CAREA).
